Dustin Keith is a visionary leader whose diverse career spans academic achievement, professional sports, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial success. At the University of Virginia, Dustin balanced a dual focus on architecture and football, gaining a deep understanding of design while excelling on the field.
After a successful NFL career with teams like the New York Jets, Washington Redskins, and Dallas Cowboys, Dustin transitioned into corporate leadership through FedEx’s executive program. There, he had the opportunity to learn from industry legends like Fred Smith and David Bronczek, further sharpening his leadership skills. In 2011, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Rock Bottom Bottles, quickly becoming a leading supplier in the E-liquid industry.
The aftermath of Hurricane Ian inspired Dustin to establish Replace My Cage, with a mission to revolutionize the pool cage industry. Guided by a commitment to superior service and customer satisfaction, Dustin is dedicated to delivering products that set new standards for safety, durability, and excellence.

A defining moment in his career came in September 2022, when Hurricane Ian struck Florida. Despite the widespread devastation, not a single cage designed by Emerson was lost, proving his commitment to durability and meticulous planning. His designs feature the largest Ultimate openings in the industry, exceeding conventional design and showcasing his engineering prowess.

Joel Falardeau - Engineer
Joel Falardeau is a Mechanical Engineer with a PE license, MS degree, and LEED AP BD+C credential. With over seven years at Reynolds, Smith and Hills, his expertise spans structural dynamics, mechanical design, and sound suppression systems. Joel’s work with NASA, including vibration isolation for the SLS Mobile Launcher and structural analyses for lightning protection systems, showcases his precision and innovation.
Transitioning from aerospace to pool cage construction, Joel applies his engineering skills to create durable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. His experience ensures every project meets high standards of safety, quality, and innovation, bringing aerospace-grade excellence to residential construction.
